How do I Make an Order?
We take orders through email, WhatsApp, Website and Telephone.
Please order according to the written product names.
How your order is placed?
When do you ship?
Orders are shipped Monday-Saturday. Order Must be received before 2pm for it to be delivered the next working day. Orders received after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. National Holidays and Sundays are off as per delivery as well.
Where & how do you Ship?
We ship domestically all over Japan through Sagawa Transport & Nittsu Transport. If your order has been delayed, please ask the staff for tracking id number.
Can Prices Change?
Prices are subject to change without any notice due to various reasons, we require your cooperation.
Is Tax Included?
All the items are tax excluded. A consumption tax of 8% will be applied for all the items. For tobacco items, a consumption tax of 10% will be applied.
How do I know if the product is in stock?
When placing an order, please ask our staff member to let you know if the required items are in stock.
Note* You are responsible to manage all the weight you order, by yourself. Please be aware if you add frozen items and dry items together you will be charged for both boxes. If you wish to be charged only for one box please leave a note when you place an order (only dry box charge can be deducted).

Be Advised Nittsu Transport is only applied when your dry items are 30kg or above.
